2. [?1850s] MS. resolution of the [Anti Ministers Money Association], condemning enforced tithes, a 'grevious and tyranical abuse of class-legislation.... derogatory to the character of the British Empire'. (1p)

3. [?1850s] Newsclipping, with copy of petition to parliament resulting from meeting at the Chamber of Commerce against compulsory tithes to the Church of Ireland. Argues that 'Catholics and Dissenters are coerced to contribute towards....Clergy and Churches, whom...they . on principle, never use'. etc

4. [?1850s] Printed declaration for the voluntary support of religion, from the 'Parishioners of the Parish of Christ Church', Cork. Protests against the enforced payment of tithes to the established church, which is a 'money tyranny', and is 'impolitic, unjust, and anti-christian'. (1p)
