1. 2 Jan 1839 Notice of application at special sessions of the Grand Jury, at the new Court House, for presentment for laying out a new road from Mr. Maurice Daly's dwelling house in Academy Street to the Coal Quay. (1p)

2. Spring 1839 Printed schedule of applications for presentments to be laid before the Grand Jury of the County of the City of Cork, Spring Assizes, 1839. Contains applications for repairing roads in North and South Liberties, new roads and works including new line of road from Cork to Blarney, new road in the city near Paul Street; establishment items such as B.Neenan £3 for half years salary as interpreter of the Irish language, £800 to Governors of the House of Industry, dispensaries, malicious damages. (14pp)

3. Spring 1840 As above, Spring Assizes 1840; such as, road works, fever hospital (£500), board of superintendance of the gaol for clothing, fuel etc (£1,260), Douglas dispensary (£52.5.0) . (13pp)

4. Summer 1845 As above for Summer Assizes 1845 including £7.8.6 for James Mangan, watch maker for winding clocks of courthouse, grand jury room and bridewell. (c13pp)

5. 1844, 1845 Printed schedule of presentments granted at Spring Assizes 1845 and account of discharged and undischarged queries and copy of treasurers account as declared by Chief Remembrancer after summer assizes 1844. Judges R.Hon. Mr, Justice Ball and Hon. Mr. Justice Jackson; Sheriffs James and Walter Morrogh, also list of grand jurors. Discharged queries include constabulary expenses, cholera expenses, salaries of staff, infirmaries, etc. (15pp)
