Osbourne MD for the support of lunatics and insane persons confined in the Lunatic Asylum', for £905.13.9. (4pp)

Spring 1849 As above, including £2,000 to Richard Dowden and Thomas Jennings to make new street from Paul Street to the Coal Quay, various amounts for gaol, infirmaries, hospitals, dispensaries, malicous injuries, support of deserted children.
