nd Handbill 'M.Soyers Soup For the Poor', recipe for 'soup. no.1' including dripping, quarter pound of meat, vegetables, 2 gallons of water. Claims it has been tasted by '...numerous noblemen, members of Parliament and several ladies... who have considered it very good and nourishing', total cost 6d. (1p)
