Scope and Content: Copy letter from Fawsitt to Lalor stating that as he has failed to deliver the order to the shipping agents, he considers the contract broken and is proceeding to order the goods on the market. He intends prepare an account of losses incurred by the Irish Industries Depot and asks for details of Lalor’s solicitor. He deplores Lalor’s treatment of these orders from the US and ‘in the interests of the national Pastimes’ feels he must ‘communicate such failure’ to the GAA in Dublin.
