The letters mainly document the sending and returning of documents for administrative and accounting purposes. Some schedules of deeds sent or returned occur, but no deeds or copy deeds are present. Much reference is made to property interests outside of Cork, including, for example, a residence at Fishguard (eg, 29 Jun 1926) and an Inspection Yard in Wexford (eg, 16 Mar 1933). There are also letters regarding a sale of lands at Monerea in Cork to the American Oil Company (eg, 6 Aug 1932).

The specification gives descriptions of premises, at Penrose Quay, Railway St, Alfred St, and Ship St; Merchants’ Quay and North St; St Patrick’s Quay; Lower Glanmire Rd and Water St; Albert Quay; King St, Harley St, and Ship St, all in Cork. Added in red ink is a property on Douglas Road known as ‘Kenilworth’. Also present is a copy of above, and a receipt from Coyle & Co, Brokers, for cattle policy, dated 24 Nov 1924.
