Postcard sent to Seamus, Block 12 Newbridge Camp, Kildare from S.H.B., St. Mary's Hill, Poignton sending good wishes for Christmas and urging courage. 1p [n.d.] Latter part of letter to Seamus from "your very sincere friend May". She still owes him for the Macs he gave her and resolves to give him a cheque on his return. She inquires after his health and depression and requests him to save parcel stamps for Maggie. She encloses some scapulars which she knows he will wear with great faith. 2pp 177 [n.d.] Letter from, "Stisso" on board a railway carriage marvelling that she has at last tracked him down and that he is in an internment campus "it is not in your nature to hurt anyone". She reminds him of where they met and a restaurant they visited. Inquires repeatedly why he never wrote to her but hopes to see him again. 4pp

Joint letter from Theresa Lonegan and her sister "Chips". She teases him about his vanity and declares "I am breaking my heart at not seeing you on my visit to Erin". Chips then takes over and accuses Theresa of being "unusually intoxicated". After some banter Theresa takes over and jokes about their longing for him. She blanks out some lines so as not to exceed the word limit. Closes with a big kiss "like the one from Fermoy Dance". 2pp
