B609/2/I/13 Seed barley sales, 7 March 1968 to 15 December 1970. This volume notes date, name, address, cash or credit, and quantities. As well as sales of different varieties of seed barley, the book also notes fertiliser sales. [Customers generally bought both at the same time].

Record of some accounts, such as insurance, and of barley seed price calculation, and other information, per season, for seed barley and by-products. Mainly a record of sales and insurance. B609/2/I/20 Barley for Ards, 1974-81. File, containing several sub-files, regarding barley sales to Ards Malting Co, Belfast. The main file covers the years 1975 to 1981 and consists mainly of forms and letters relating to levies payable and compensation claimable on barley exported to the UK. There is correspondence with DoA regarding the levy, compensation and customs, though in latter years the levy is handled by the Revenue Commissioners.
