Additional information:

An old Welsh-built schooner.

Captain Robert Mahony found in BT112 for 1836 was probably Lloyd’s Captain R Mahony. He was captain of the Joseph R Pim in 1837. Captain Dan Donovan was perchance noted as the 38 years old Kinsale captain of Cambria of Cork in 1845 on my review of BT98/615 archival documents while at Kew in 2016. Mate John Dunbar has dates that are off by about 10 years on UK M&M relative to UK Nat Arch BT112 which has John Dunbar 35 – 45 years old (Dublin) in 1836 as Mate on Cambria . Similarly, for his captaincy of Hibernia , his UK M&M dates vary from Lloyd’s by several years. #UK Nat. Arch BT 98/615, BT 112 and BT 115; Lloyd’s; UK M&M.
