Additional information:

Captain James Attridge, who captained multiple vessels out of the Port of Cork (see Eliza Anne and Abeona ), was probably Lloyd’s Captain J Atridge. He previously had captained the Jeanie Johnston out of Tralee, which disappeared from Lloyd’s in 1853. Captain John Shea documented a North American voyage on Jane 1849 – 50. He would later survive the sinking of the Liffey in 1861.

Sunk at anchor 16 December 1868 at Milford (IMNCL). The ship sank at Angle Bay. She was re-floated 30 December 1868 and taken into Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire where she was condemned (List of Shipwrecks - Wiki). Typical voyage pattern documented in 1868: Kinsale-Cardiff- Queenstown-Newport.
