92 MS notes concerning possible solutions to the winding up of the Irish police force (Royal Irish Constabulary). Details compulsory resignations organised by deputations visiting the homes of policemen and emphasising to their families the necessity of retiring, the offer of alternative employment in fighting for Ireland, the setting up of a Free Men's Association to safeguard the interests of all unpensioned men and the compulsory retirement of all pensionable men. Also notes that it is essential these men be shown support by the general public and that an American fund be started to lend them support.
