Asks for a special meeting to be called in each Comhairle Ceanntair to re-organise Sinn Féin. 1p B) Special Instructions to secretaries of Comhairle Ceanntair, 'If the scheme of Organisation is rigidly adhered to it is certain that the English Government will not succeed in any of its efforts to destroy and disrupt the Sinn Féin organisation...' 1p
