Scope and Content: Carbon copy of a letter to M. Talbot-Crosbie, Esq., Monkstown [from Liam de Róiste] 28 Marlboro St. Cork. Explains the Irish Volunteers are non-party and non-sectarian –“the only condition necessary for admission . . . is that the applicant be an Irishman believing in the Nationhood of Ireland . ..’ Invites him to attend the Cornmarket, Anglesea St. on Sunday to see a parade of men. Recommends their publication ‘The Irish Volunteer.’
