Scope and Content: TS corrected statement of account on behalf of Irish Industries Depot to Mr Martin Lalor (prepared by Fawsitt). In a nota bene, Fawsitt asks Lalor to receipt and return the statement. Also present is a rough tot of figures [this may not relate to the statement of account]

Scope and Content: Letter from Fawsitt to Lalor, acknowledging receipt of his with shipping documentation stating that Messrs Meadows have confirmed consignment. He queries items in Lalor’s account, including ‘consul’s fees’. He notes he has obtained cheaper quotations elsewhere with delivery within two weeks and is satisfied supply of the balance will be met without ‘the worry and annoyance occasioned by your defaults’.
Scope and Content: Letter from Fawsitt to Lalor, acknowledging his of 19 March and stating his position with regard to the offers of 10 January and 14 March. He notes it was essential under the second offer that goods be delivered to Liverpool by 16 March, which condition has not been met.

Scope and Content: Letter from Fawsitt to Lalor acknowledging his receipt of Fawsitt’s cheque, noting ‘that disposes of the matter of my order of the 14th instant’. He continues ‘I do not like to leave on your hands any large quantity of hurleys of the unusual dimensions required by my clients’, and asks that Lalor confirm the number on hand and state whether he could deliver these to Liverpool by 19 April. If so, Fawsitt ‘will see what I can do’.
