Volume headed 'Bandon Estate - Tenants' Rent Ledger'. Each page is headed by the following fields: Denomination [name of holding]; Tenure [generally 'Judicial' and 'fixed by Land Commission']; Tenant's Name [with subsidiary field for address]; Contents of Holding, Rent, and Ordnance Valuation; and Poor Law Union and Electoral Division. The lower part of each page records rents and monies due and received, with columns for poor rate, income tax, allowances, and remarks. [Huge volume, which seems to cover eastern and western estates. See also U137/RL/A/045 and U137/RL/B/010].

The lower part of the folio records payments due and made for a number of years. Information for some holdings is continued on a later folio. [Apparently relates to the Western Estate, but with some farm names not recorded earlier. Similar to U137/RL/A/038, but folio-style, and no reference to income tax, or 'Remarks' column]
