Judgement on the Inquisition on 5 June 1830 which 'found the following verdict...'. Map included.

Details the title and ownership of each plot on the map, giving the names of those mentioned as past or present occupiers or owners, valuation value/rent for each plot, but each with the remark that '...it does not appear to the said Jurors who is or are entitled to the same'. Valuations vary from 1 Pound up to over 500 Pounds. On foot of this Inquisition it is 'ordered, adjudged and decreed' by the Commissioners, "...pursuant to the 'powers vested in them in and by an Act of Parliament passed in the Third year of the reign of his late Majesty King George the Fourth Entitled 'An Act for amending the several acts in force for making wide and convenient streets, ways and passages in the City of Cork and the Suburbs thereof and for paving, cleansing, lighting and otherwise improving the said City and for regulating the Court of Conscience established therein, that the several sums of Money by the said Inquisition assessed as aforesaid as the value of the several estates, rights, titles, terms and interests...hereinbefore particularly specified...and marked...on the map..are the true value thereof...and that the said several sums...are hereby ordered, adjuged and decreeed to be deposited in the Bank of Ireland pursuant to the provisions of the said Act of Parliament....further Ordered....that this Judgement...be entered in the rolls office of His Majesty's High Court of Chancery in Ireland...".
