Marked 'Premises near Chamberlains Alley 33 to 38'. At a meeting of the Commissioners at their office on the South Mall, Cork, 26 Nov 1830, present are Joseph Garde Mayor of Cork City, Sir Anthony Perrier, Thomas Gibbings, Henry Bagnell, Bartolemew Gibbings, George Knapp, Thomas Cuthbert, Richard Maguire, Richard Lane, Peter Maziere, Thomas Somerville Reeves, and Michael Roberts. Records that, at a meeting of the Commissioners at the Guild Hall, Cork, a named Jury was impanelled on 12 May 1830 to enquire of the value of several houses, messuages, tenements, grounds, hereditaments and premises bounded on the North by Fishamble Lane, on the East by Cross Street, on the South partly by the former Brewery of John Ballard, and part near the line of the Town Wall and Clothiers Lane.
