Record of receipts, and amounts ‘Paid Out’ [to customs]. Each folio has a number of fields, many usually left blank. Those used include Date, Name [of customer], receipt headings [‘Deposits, BANK, SPECIFIC’], and ‘Paid Out’ fields [folio and amount]. Amounts entered in the ‘Specific’ receipts column and the ‘Paid Out’ amounts column are usually the same. Receipts entered unde r other headings are generally not ‘paid out’.
