The accounts of other shareholders in this volume document sale of shares to this company.]

The volume contains the following headings: Name of Present Shareholder, or Present Name of Shareholder, and his or her Address and Occupation; Shares Acquired (aggregate and distinctive numbers); Name of Former Shareholder, or Former Name of Shareholder; Shares Remaining in Name of Former Shareholder; Nature of Change (usually 'Sale'); Date of Entry in Company's Books; Folio Register of Members; and Remarks. A similar format to registers of members (shareholders), recording similar information, the present volume records changes in shareholdings arising from sales and other transfers. The 'Folio of Register of Members' field links both types of record.
