Rates agreed at South of Ireland Conference. The first volume covers through goods rates between Ardfert, Listowel, etc, and English Stations , as arranged between Great Southern and Western Railway Stations and England, 20 December 1901, confirmed by South of Ireland Conference 7 Feb 1902; The second volume covers through goods rates between Limerick, Limerick Junction, and Tipperary, and English Stations, under South of Ireland Conference Minute 6 Feb 1903. The volumes are printed, however, many insertions, relating to specific shipments or variations not covered in the printed minutes, have been added to the blank page facing most printed pages. The names of some English stations not covered in the printed pages have also been added. A printed note of Conditions and Regulations has been inserted into the front of the second volume. Also present are two railway maps of Ireland, with the South-West region circled in red.

Although a printed book, many amendments and insertions in pen and pencil have been added, with regard to stations, rates, goods, and other matters. The printed book contains 69 pages, with four ms pages added at the end.
