Voyaged to St John NB Wrecked much later at Youghal January 1862 with the loss of three of her seven crew. Survivors recued by the Coastguard using rocket apparatus. Voyaged to Quebec Lost in the ice at Miramichi 24 Nov 1827 – crew saved (Southern Reporter, List of Shipwrecks-Wiki) M Driscoll could well have been Michael Driscoll b. 1774 (Kinsale), Master of Sally of Cork in 1837. Other Kinsale family members were serving on Nancy and Scilly Girl of Cork at that time. Note that West Cork provided Driscolls generously to Cork’s merchant navy.
