as may be inclined to contract for the same, that the several tradesmen be acquainted with these orders, that the accounts must be furnished every six months, and the orders posted on the Exchange for public inspection; It., that £35 12s. O~d. be paid Will. Browne, Smith and Ironmonger, for work done ; It., that a posting be put up on the Exchange for electing a Water- bailiff for one year ; It., that the Corporation dues collected by the Deputy Waterbailiff of Passage and Cove be set separately from 29 Sep., 1793, to 27 Sep., 1794, by sealed proposals, to be received by the Mayor, that they pay one fourth part of the sums proposed in hand and give security for the remainder ; It., that no money be paid by the Waterbailiffs or any Deputy without an order of this Board confirmed by the C. D. H., unless in case of. • any sudden emergency, when the Mayor shall have the power of appointing any sum to be paid not exceeding 5 guineas; It., that £15 be paid to the Mayor for an Epergne, bought by him, which is to remain in future for the use of the Mansion House.
