Ordered, that an address be presented to the Lord Lieut. on his arrival in )(' this kingdom, and that he be presented with his Freedom in a Gold Box ;. · the address to be presented by our Recorder and representatives ; also the. "/.. Rt. Ron. Robt. Hobart, Prin. Sec. to Lo.-Lieut., in a Silver Box. It., that Mr. Kent buy 100 Barrels of coals; It., 25 guineas to Mr~ R. Morrison, to go to Dublin to prove the allegations of a petition to Par- liament for money for repairing the New Wall;. It., £54 16s. 2-!d. to Messrs. Shaw and Evanson for Clothing for the Bellmen,. Sergeants, and Bailiffs; It., £38 9s. Ojd. to Mr. Philip Allen for lace, &c., for the above clothing ; It., £14 9s. 9d. to Rowland Purcell, Esq., for Newspapers and small charges for the Mansion House during his Mayoralty ; £40 to David Roche, Esq., one year's rent of the Fowl Market; It., £4 15s. 2d. for two. Abridgements for the Town Clerk ; It., £20 to 1\fr. Christ. Allen, two years' rent for the ground used as an Apple Market; It., that Mr. Allen be given notice, that the Corporation will have no further use of said ground after 1 March next; It., £1 5s. to Mr. Willcocks for advertising in Waterford and Dublin for Flags for the markets·; £6 17s. 4d. to Edmond Roche Kinselagh, Esq., for stationery for the Public office at the Mansion House; It., one guinea to James Triggs for keeping the bells of the Mansion House in repair two years ; It., £2 ls. 4d. to the late Mayor, law expenses of an action issued against him by Thomas Shinkwin, amount of the public dinner at Black- rock.
