That Broderick Chinnery, Esq., M.P., be presented with his freedom in a Silver box; and William Leader, Esq., freeman at large. Ordered, that 5 guineas be paid Ald. Morrison, so much paid by him to Mr. Thomas Power for one year's calculating the average prices of com during his Mayoralty, as directed by the Act to be returned weekly by the Chief Magistrate to the Collector. . A sufficient number of Council men not having met, some having quitted before others came, the Mayor was obliged t.o break up. . Present--Mr. Mayor, Sher. Sadlier; Alden.
