DRAFT OF AN ACT FOR BUILDING BRIDGES~ ETQ.

Present-Mr. Mayor, Sher. Allen ; Alden. Philpott, Bury, Wetherall, Maylor, Webb, Rowland, Butler, Lawton, Harding, Carleton, Kent~·Owgan, Travers, Sher. Crowly; Mr. Browne, Izod, Kellett, and C. S.. 30 Nov., 1784. Ordered, that on the application of the Revd. Archdeacon Forsayeth liberty be given to make use of the names of the Mayor, &c., in suing for the recovery of an estate devised by the will of Capt. Thomas Deane for the use of the Charity School and Alms House in the Parish of S.. Peter, in the City of Corke, they being indemnified from all costs. That John Wright, of Ballincollogh, Co. Cork, gent.; William Roche,. gent. ; Richard Townsend, Esq., Doctor of Physic; and Charles Henry Leslie, gent., be admitted freemen at large. . That the several fines imposed from 26 Oct. last until 26 Oct. next at the assizes and sessions held for the City and Co. of City of Cork be granted ·by the Mayor, &c., to the Governors for the use of the workhouse.
