HEADS OF AN ACT FOR WIDENING THE STREETS OF THE CITY.

Mathew Franks, atty., having served Charles Widenham, be admitted free- men at large. Present--Mr. Mayor, Sher. Shaw and Waggett; Alden. Travers, Butler, Lawton, Owgan, Har~ing, Carleton, Baker, Webb ; Mr. Browne, Morrison, Allen, C. S., and Izod. 16 Jan., 1784. Whereas this Board has been applied to, and a paper laid before them containing heads of an Act of Parliament for making wide and convenient streets, ways, and passages in the City of Corke and suburbs thereof, and erecting a Bridge or Bridges in said suburbs when the same shall be thought necessary. And the concurrence of this Board, with the approbation of the C. D. H., has been requested to join the application to Parliament for obtaining a law agreeable to said heads. Ordered, that a C. D. H. be held at the Guildhall, 24 Jan. inst., to lay said paper before the Court, to deter- mine whether the Board shall join in such application. Present-Mr. Mayor, Sher. Shaw and Waggett; Alden. Wetherall, Maylor, Webb, Travers, Butler, Owgan, Harding, Carleton, Kent, Morrison, Baker . ' Mr. Morrison, Allen, C. S., and Browne. 2 Feb., 1784. '/ Ordered, that the sum of £100 be paid to Mr. Mayor, to be given to the different committees appointed in the several Parishes for distributing the money collected for the relief of the poor this inclement season; It., that £67 18s. 5d. be paid Francis Cotterell, architect, work done for S. Stephen's Hospital; It., £3 6s. 9d. to Mr. Jones, for Bullingbroke's Abridgement and "-./ Vesey's Appendix; It., £38 8s. 7 d. to Mr. Reynolds, silversmith, for work .
