Roche Kinselagh, gent.; ordered, that said bond, &c., be taken up and can- celled, and that a new bond be passed by the Mayor, &c., to. said Edmond Roche Kinselagh for £175, with legal interest, &c. ; It., that Pope Gray, Esq., be appointed scavenger for sweeping, &c., the public passage from Mr. Lombard's dwelling-house on Batchelor's Quay to.Brown's Hill.
