the Mayor, &c., and their trustees, to sell the shares of such proprietors of the .Pipe water by auction, who shall refuse to pay their dividends when called upon for continuing the work, the sum due to the scheme to be deducted out of the purchase-money, the remainder to be paid over to the proprietor; A clause to enable the Grand Jury at the Assizes to be held for said City, to present money for arching over or otherwise covering with drains the docks and canals, for widening streets and public passages; and that a proper mode be struck out for the more easy and safe conduct of prisoners under a writ of H. 0. from the City of Corke to Dublin. It., £6 4s. 2d. be paid to Edmond Flaherty, mason, for repairing the pavement and stone piers under the linnvs Qf..Qle ~ orth Milk Market, repairing part of the pavement opposite the North Meat Shambles, down from the iron grate to that part of the street opposite to the door of Mr. Gould's shop, according to estimate; It., £3 lOs. 2d. to Thomas Hawes, for slating the ·North Milk Market; It., Mr. Pope Gray is appointed scavenger for sweep- ing, &c. the public street from Goulnaspurra to Mr. Moore's house on Pope's Quay. Whereas the Mayor, &c., of this City, by their Bond, dated 26 June, 1775, became bound to the Minister and C. W. of the parish of the Holy Trinity, in the sum of £550, conditioned for the payment of £275 on 26 June then next with legal interest for the use of the poor of said Parish, and whereas the sum of £100 hath been paid by the Mayor, &c., to the Minister and C. W. of said parish, in part payment of said bond, and afterwards the said Minister and C. W. assigned said bond and the sum of £175 remaining due to Charles McCarthy, house carpenter, who lately assigned same to Edmond
