M~ Ship Bienfeisant, for his late gallant be- haviour in attacking and taking a large French Ship of War off the harbour of Cork, and thereby preserving a number. of merchant-men bound from Cork to America, be presented with his freedom in a Silver box. .Also, Robert Bradshaw, cooper, having served Richd. Coursey, do.; George Harris, mercht., having served Mr. Burgess Hains; Richard Bettesworth, Esq., Major of H. M. Royal Irish Regiment of Artillery, eldest son of Richard Bettesworth, Esq., dec., late one of the King's Sargeants at Law, be admitted freemen at large. It., that the Mayoralty House be painted after 4 Oct., and that Francis Carleton, Esq., Mayor elect, oversee same. Present--Mr. Mayor, Sher. Busteed; Alden.
