Recorder, and Mr. Snowe do prepare the same; It., that an address of thanks to his Excellency the Lord Lieut. for his great attention to the welfare of this kingdom be prepared in the name of the M~yor, &c., to be prepared by the above gentlemen. That Lords North and Hillsborough be presented with their freedoms in ........._./ Gold boxes for their great attention to the trade and welfare of this king- 1' dom ; It., £600 to Mr. Mayor in addition to the sum of £400 voted as his ~ Salary in C.
