COMMITTEE FOR SUPPLYING THE CITY WITH WA'tER.

Webb, and Mr. Pick, C. S., be a committee to examine all accounts of persons claiming money from the Corporation, a.nd report, &c. That George Fuller, mercht., having served Mr. Burgess Fuller; Gilbert Mellefont, Esq., eldest son of David M., Esq.; Thomas Herbert, Esq., eldest son of Edwd. H., Esq.; Thomas Kempster, mercht., having served Richard Fuller, do., be admitted freemen at large. Present-Mr. Mayor, Sher. Harding and Lane ; Ald 80 • Westropp, Millerd, Philpott, Bury, Wetherall, Wrixon, Maylor, Webb, Travers, Butler; Mr. Browne, Denroch, Izod, Morrison, Harding, and V~ Pick, C. S. 1 Sep., 1778. Ordered, that £3 1s. 2d. be paid Mr. Mayor, balance due for last enter- tainment at Blackrock Castle. The order of this board ·of 27 Aug., appointing Dr. Austen, Mr. Fuller, Lucas, Hayes, Clark, Willcocks, and Cossart, trustees for supplying the City with water, in lieu of Ald. Newman and Westropp, F. Carleton, sen., H. Lawton, sen., Mr. Latham, Morrison, and Snowe, on a supposition that the last-named gentlemen could not attend said business, and this board being of opinion that increasing the number of the committee will be of more service to the water scheme ; ordered, that the first-named gentlemen be added to the Committee for supplying this City with water. It., that the ' Lamps, Lamp Posts, and Lamp Irons be sold to such of the Parishe., as shall choose to buy the same; and that .Ald. Millard, with those of the C. D. H., be a committee to agree for the sale of same, and receive from Mr. ~ oseph Harris said Lamps, Lamp Posts, and Lamp Irons, &c. That John Harrison, Esq., Collector of Ennis, at the requeat of Mr. Mayor, Mr. John Garde, Woollen draper; Mr. Wm. Knight, gent.; Mr. George Aickin, watchmaker; Mr. John Robinson, mercht.; Peter Dumas,· Esq.; James Connor, Esq.; Mr. Wm.
