and Willcocks to be indemnified from the cost, &c. of an attachment that issued against them by H. M. Court K. B., for holding improper pleas in a Pye Powder Court, when they were Mayor and Sheriffs of this City. This Board is of opinion they ought not to be indemnified. It., that a guinea a month for six months be paid George Fuller, one of the Burgesses, being indigent. It., .£21 3s. 9d. to Timothy Hughes, for iron-work supplied. Present-Mr. Mayor, Sher. That Mr. Mayor issue a Proclamation offering a reward of 20 guineas to such person as shall within 6 months convict any person who shall sell coals without being first licenced by this Board. It., that the order of 7 .Aug., 1766, appointing Wm. Butler, Esq., to sweep the street from the N. W. comer of the Exchange to South Gate Bridge, be repealed. It., that Ald. Frank1in and Mr. Sher. Lucas make enquiry for one or more places for a public coal yard, and report. Present-Mr. Mayor, Sher. Cossart and Lucas; .Alden. Philpott, Bury, Franklin, Millerd, Baker, and Mr. Lane, C.
