21 Nov., 1769. No business for want of a sufficient number.- wm. Snowe, Clk. of Council. Present-Mr. Mayor, Sher. Kellett; Ald•n. Newman, Owgan, Westropp, Busteed, Bury, Maylor, Philpott, Mr. Browne, and Lawton, C. S. 28 Nov., 1769. Ordered, that £7 17s. 2id. be paid Robt. Delacourt, Esq., costs in the Court of Excheq. against the Corporation; It., £1 3s. Bd. to Richd. Evans, Exchange Porter, for brooms, &c.; It., £46 15s. 10id. to Richd. Burt, plumber, work done from 17 Nov., 1764, to 13 Nov., 1769 (except the work at the 1\fayoralty House, not yet settled). It., that the Memorial now read and sibTDed be sent by the Town Clerk to Mr. Wrixon, Corporation Agent,_ and. that 1\fr. Wrixon wait on our Mem- bers to have it presented to the House of Commons ; It., that £82 1s. 0 Ad. be paid Patrick Osborne, in full, stuccoing the Drawing-room of the Mayoralty House;- It., £60 to Richd. Burt, in part of his account for glazing-work at the Mayoralty House; It., that Sher. Kellett, Ald. Franklin, and Maylor, be a committee to examine the accounts of said Richd. Burt.
