Sullivan, Esq., and Mr. Wm. Snowe; the Revd. Sir Michrel Cox, Bart., eldest son of Sir Uichd. Cox, Bart., dec. ; and Henry Thomas Fitz Gerald, gent., eldest son of John Fitz Gerald, cooper, dec., be admitted freemen at large. Present--Mr. Mayor, Sher. French ; Alden. Ordered, that the Memorial to Parliament for £5000, for purchasing Goulnaspurra, which was drawn by the Recorder, and this day read, ap- proved of, and signed by this Board, be delivered to Ald. Newman, to be delivered by him to our Members to present to the House of Commons. That Ebenezer Sargent, overseer of this City, be dismissed from his office. That Mr. George Graham .be appointed overseer of this City in the room of Ebenezer Sargent, and that he be paid .£20 a year, and sworn before the Mayor faithfully to execute his office.
