'. • That a picture of Sir John Freke, Bart., be drawn at full length and handsomely framed, and same be put up in the Council Chamber as a memorial for his good services to this City during his Mayoralty and bring- ing about the setting of the Gateage and other revenues of this City. That a collar of SS. and Gold Chains be bought for the Mayor and Sheriffs of this City, to be worn by them in their several offices for the honour and dignity of this City, same to be made like the Collar and Chains worn by the Lord ~fayor and Sheriffs of the City of Dublin.
