BYE-LAWS OF THE BUTCHERS ENGROSSED.

--- That the Revd. Mr. John Baily have at the rate of £10 per annum, for his trouble in visiting the prisoners in the City gaol, to be paid half-yearly. Present--Mr. Mayor, Sher. Farren and Delahoide; Alden. Morley, Terry, Broclesby, Bennett, Millerd, Austin, Huleatt, Croker ; Mr. Carrie, Engain, Owgan, and Dring. 30 April, 1735. Mr. Robt. Dring, Mr. John Baldwin and Adam Newman were sworn Council men. Present- Mr. Mayor, Sher. Farren ; Alden. Morley, Bennett, Millerd, Austin, Huleatt, Croker, Pembrock; Mr. Carrie, Engaine, Traverse, Dring, Baldwin, Newman. 19 May, 1735. -- That Baron Wainwright be presented with his freedom in a silver box, being one of the Judges of this Circuit. That the long depending account of Bretridge's, Skiddy's, and S. Stephen's Hospitals, as now stated by Mr. Aug. Carre, be entered in the proper book, and that instead of the ballance that there appears due to the sinking fund, that £130 is due to the Citty Treasurer by Mr. Dan 1. Engain, in behalf of Mr. John Maunsell, treasurer, in full discharge of the same, the remainder being found to be only a misapplication of one charity to another, and that said Mr. Engain pays all the interest of money due on said account, and receive all rents to first of May, said ballance to be applied towards dis- charge of the money taken up for use of said Hospital, for which the Cor- poration is security. That the Bye-laws of the Corporation of Butchers be engrossed which were now read. Present--::hir. Mayor, Sheriffs Farren and Delahoide; Alden. Morley, Ben- nett, Broclesby, Austin, Croker, Pembrock; Mr. Carre, Engain, Owgan, Baldwin, and C. S. 16 June, 1735. The Bye-laws of the Butchers being engrossed were this day read and approved of.
