A SECOND CORONXR BE APPOINTED FOR TilE CITY.

That ~Ir. Mayor do summon a Court of Deer Hundred to choose another Coroner to act in conjunction with Wm. Sullivan as Coroner for this City. ---- That ~Ir. Robt. Hoare do fee a lawyer to prosecute those who were con- cerned in Coulting, or encouraged the coulting of Driscoll and Butler. "":--- That ~!r. R. Hoare also fee two lawyers to support the presentment for repairing the street in l\Iallow Lane. We dissent from the last order.-Tho. Pembrock, RoUt. Atkins, Hugh Millerd. A Council was summoned for 1\Ionday, 6 Aug., at 4 o'clock, but none appeared but the Mayor, Ald. Terry and Broclesby.-Sam•. Croker, Mayor. 8 .Aug., 1733. That the Mayor Elect, Ald. Bennett, and D. Engain inspect the north bounds of Mt'. Taylor's holdings near the Sand quay, and report. That if Mr. Richd. Harrison does not perfect leases for the ground before the Church of S. Paul before 31 inst., that Mr. Robt. Hoare, Town Clerk, is directed to take legal methods to compel him to sign said leases. That Ald. Cramer speak to said 1\Ir. Harrison. That Noblett, only son of Ald. Richard Phillips, dec., be admitted free. That William White, having served 1\Ir. Augustus Carre, be admitted free. That Daniel Knight, having served Mr. Tho. Wade, be admitted free. That Mr. Robert Newenham be admitted free. Present- Mr. Mayor, 1\Iayor Elect, Sher. Newenham ; Alden. Morley, Bennett, Hawkins, Cramer, Atkins, Broclesby; Mr. Carrie, Engain, and Crone, C. S. 1\Iem. A Council was summoned for Monday, 10 Sep., at 4 o'clock; but eight appeared between 5 and 6 o'clock, viz., Mr. Mayor, Ald. Terry, Bro- clesby, Bennett, Austin, Millerd, Mr. Carie and Jackson.
