Mr. John Peek's to the river, the Corporation to pay half the expense of carrying it from Peek's to the river, and that from Peek's up to the gate of Shandon Church it be at the Corporation expence, Ald. Browne, Mr. Masters, and Croker to be Overseers. A bill of costs of Mr. Robt. Hoare's referred to the Mayor, &c., in a Court of Deer hundred. That the Widdow Mitchell have leave in rebuilding her house on the North bridge near the Gaol to face the bridge, and open a door and windows, without window shuts or anything else standing out. That the bill of expenses relating to the dispute before the Privy Council on the last election, amounting to .£78 2s.10d., be referred to the Mayor, &c., in a court of Deer hundred. Present-- Mr. Mayor, two Sheriffs; Alden. Crone, Hoare, Rrowne, Morley, Terry, Lavit; Mr. Masters, Wilson, Croker, Ad(lis. 15 Sep., 1722. That .£13 lOs. be paid John Frith for Dungpots and cleaning the streets. That £7 5s. be paid Peter Deane, viz., .£6 for a year's Sallary and 25 shillings for lighting the lamps for five darks. That .£1111s. 11d. be paid Mr. Mayor, paid by him to Mr. James Cooko for cloth and other things for the Blue Coats and Peter Deane. That Denis Lonergan, cooper, be paid .£3 for pecks and gallons made .f ·\ for the Markets. That the charges for removeing Peter Stranger and others upon several Habeas CO'r'jYI.£8 directed to the Mayor, &c., be considered 'by Mr. Mayor Elect, Ald. Morley, and Mr. Masters. That .£8 ls. 8d. be paid for several particulars expended by Mr. Sher. Owgan. That Ald. Browne, the two Sheriffs, and Mr. Com. Speaker inspect the ground near the Barracks and report.
