That Mr. Mayor order that whatever stones or wall is built by Mr. John Haman on Kyrle's quay beyond his bounds be taken down, also wl1at stones or wall is laid or built by saiJ Haman in the lliver or encroaching on tho Corporation Ground, also that the 1\.layor do order the gate anJ wall built by Mr. Haman on Kyrle's quay to be taken down so as to make a passage of ten feet from the edge of the quay inwards.
