That Rowland Delahoyde and Mr. Dan 1. Perdrian be reimbursed 57s. laid out by them when Sheriffs for public service. Ald. French is desired to send four dozen Bibles, unbound, for the use of S. Stephen's Hospital. That lodgings be taken for the Judges at Ald. Morris' house, and he to be allowed 16li. as formerly. That William Hawkins be made free gratis. That Thomas Lethum, having served Mr. Edward Webber, be admitted free gratis. That John Allen, night Bellman, continue his duty as well in Summer as Winter, and have a sallary of 6li. per ann'Uii'n. • Present-- Mr. Mayor, both Sheriffs; Alden. Consideration being had for the nliserable condition of Mrs.. Cathn. Champion, widdow of John Champion, dec., a burgess, and daughter of a burgess, agreed, that she be allowed lOli. per annum during her widdow- hood. That Ambrose Cramer, having served Sher. Lambley, be admitted a free- man. That the Chamberlain pay Edward Marks, carpenter, 9li. 13s. 2d., for materials and workmanship done by him in strengthning the Bridewell and making six chests for arms.
