to public view, shall, if he has been badged, be on complaint dismissed~ and· never afterwards licensed by the Mayor, who shall be empowered on any well founded complaint to dismiss any person who shall be so badged ;. It.,. thr.t if any person so employed shall purchase any quantity of coal at any of the coal yards, on proof thereof before the Mayor, he shall be dismissed;. It., that the number of Coal Measures for this.City shall not exceed sixty, and that ·no person shall be appointed a measurer but a real working man,. nor shall any measurer be at liberty to employ any other to act in his stead,. unless such measurer be disqualified by age or infirmity, otherwise he be. dismissed.
