THE LO.-LIEUT. PRESENTED WITH HIS FREEDOM IN A GOLD BOX.

24 Jan., 1795. That His Excell. Will. Wentworth, Earl Fitz"\Villiam, Lo.-Lieut. of Ireland, be presented with his freedom in a Gold Box, with a congratulatory address to be presented by the Rt. Ron. Lord Carleton, our Recorder, and our Representatives in Parliament, and in case our Representative the Ron. Col. Hutchinson should not have returned from the Continent, where he has been in .the service of his country, that the Rt. Ron. Lord Donough- more be requested to attend for him, also one of our Sheriffs, and our c. s. That the Rt. Ron. Lo. Visct. Milton, Principal Sec. to His Excell,· be presented with his freedom in a Silver box. Ordered, that the Mayor, Sheriffs, and C. S., .Ald. Shaw and Mr. Jones, be a committee to prepare the above address. That the Rt. Hon. the Earl of Annesley be presented with his freedom by the Town Clerk; also, Charles McCarthy, Jun., mercht., having served the Mayor ; Francis Busteed, Jun., having served Francis B., Sen., brewer, be admitted freemen at large. It., That Mr. Kent buy 100 barrels of coals. Present--Mr. Mayor and Sheriffs ; .Alden. Owgan, Kent, Crowly, Harris, Shaw; Mr. Izod, Lucas, Busteed, and Jackson, C." S. 27 March, 1795.
