18th cent. Vellum. ca. 72 x 42 cm. Singleton (unnumbered), with writing on r. mainly. Text in various core segments on r. Those comprise the following elements, listed here employing the cataloguer’s, and not scribal, numbering. [i] A pedigree (in ink), given in an ‘L’ -shaped configuration, extending from upper left-hand edge to mid- lower edge. In this shape, the ‘L’ descender (ca. 51 cm) is set within a margin (not ruled) ca. 2 cm. in from the r.’s left edge, the apex down ca. 2 cm. from its upper edge, and the base (ca. 33 cm) up ca. 12 cm from lower edge. [ii] Elaborations (in ink) on entries in [i], presented in a centrally located column (ca. 46 x 26 cm, not ruled). The column and its text are set in ca. 10 cm from the r.’s left edge, down ca. 2 cm fr om the upper edge, in ca 2 cm from the right edge, and up ca. 14 cm from the lower edge. [iii] An approbration (in darker ink), testifying to the validity of entries in [i] and [ii]. The approbration (ca. 3 x 10 cm, not ruled) lies beneath the base of [i] and up ca. 6 cm from the r.’s lower edge. [iv] Circular wax seal, on rectangular red -
