Daniel MacCarthy Glas Collection- Descriptive List

Descriptive list of the Daniel MacCarthy (Glas) Collection

Letter dated 2 July 1877: This letter discusses several members of the MacTadhg MacCarthy family; Undated and incomplete letter: In this letter, MacCaura seems to suggest that his deceased wife has been visiting him. The handwriting is quite difficult to read in parts, and only the first two pages of the letter are present. A note by Daniel at the top of page 249 says that MacCaura’s letter [dated 2 July 1877] shows that members of the MacTadhg MacCarthy family exist to this day.
