Includes questions on whether appeals may be heard in the Supreme Court or if criminal charges may be tried in Parish and District Courts. Also notes the significance of the Trade Union Arbitration claim in highlighting the increasing recognition of the Courts, that Seán O'Leary is the current acting Registrar of the Cork City Courts, that Kenny will be present at the proposed Conference of City and County members and his hope that the new court scheme will be functioning within a fortnight.
