Reference: Letter to MacSwiney Scope and Content: Letter to MacSwiney from Adjutant General (Gearóid O'Sullivan) referring to the success of the trade boycott against members of the Royal Irish Constabulary indicated by the present 'commandeering of goods by the enemy'.
