Fitzgerald as requested attended a meeting of the Comhairle reporting 16 December 1934 "I failed to dissipate the atmosphere of distrust and enmity that existed between what I would term a worker's section and what I would term a trader's section." Includes copy letter 2 February 1935 to V. McCabe, Honorary Secretary, Mallow Comhairle Ceanntar angrily rebuking allegations of irregularity at the Mallow A.G.M. 4 items Copy letter to Hugo Flinn T.D. and T.P.
