Seamus Fitzgerald to pass on. 1p 187 22 May 1923 Copy letter from Eamonn DeValera to Fitzgerald discussing the organisation of Republican prisoners, "I suggest that the most intelligent and most energetic be arranged in small groups according to constituencies or better perhaps Sinn Fein Comhairle Ceanntar".
