Copies of letters received by P.J. O'Brien in response to a circular letter sent out by Irish Steel. The responding firms all gave an estimate of the amount of steel they would require and most agreed present suppliers were inefficient and unreliable. All agreed the effects of Irish Steel closing would be disastrous due to the war situation.
