Correspondence between Fitzgerald and Eamonn de Valera regarding a document circulated by Sean Hegarty in 1928 to certain Fianna Fail T.D.'s to induce them to vote against his candidature to the Senate. Martin Corry then further circulated the document. He informs de Valera that Corry has tendered his apologies and acknowledges the charges were groundless. De valera's reply states he is pleased the differences have been resolved. Includes MSS. points by Fitzgerald detailing slights received from Corry. 3 items ii Nomination and Selection
